What has the B.C. Marine Parks forver Society Done so Far?
Since the Society was granted tax exempt status in 1989, we have have raised over a Million dollars to date.

With these donated funds, the Society has made substantial contributions to the acquisition or expansion of the following B.C.Marine parks:
$45,000 towards the purchase of Musket Island Marine Park
$100,000 towards the purchase of Jedediah Island Marine Park
$75,000 towards the expansion of Musket Island Marine Park
$100,000 towards the acquisition of Wakes Cove Marine Park
250,000 towards the 20 acre expansion of Octopus Islands Marine Park
$200,000 towards the acquisition of 250 hectares for Alison Harbour Marine Park
$18,000 towards the expansion of Squitty Bay Marine Park
The B.C. Marine Parks Forver Society continually looks for and welcomes suggestions for potential sites that may be suitable as a B.C. Marine Park, including those on a list of Boat Havens and Safe Anchorages that is on file and is discussed frequently with B.C. Parks Branch.
