How are Funds Raised?
Funds are raised in many ways:
The bulk of the funding comes from the Council of BC Yacht Clubs' member clubs and their members, who donate generously each year.
Memorial bequests and equities can be donated to reduce Capital Gains Tax. CRA approved tax receipts can be issued.
Donations from any corporation wishing to support and promote recreational boating.
Private individuals interested in supporting the BC Marine Park system.
